Metamucil. Check the ingredients label, the main ingredients in all those products is psyllium. Metamucil contains the same psyllium but at a fraction of the cost. I’m afraid those colon cleanse products are entirely a rip off.

go to your local health food store. you cant just get a colon cleanser you need stuff to help you excrete the stuff being taken out of your colon.the health food store will be able to help you.

They are the latest trend from America and should not be taken seriously. If you do click on an ad for these things and read all the blurb, you will eventually find that they want you to buy a load. This is a common advertising ploy of stating a few facts in such a way that you start thinking Acai berries are all singing and dancing – they are not.

Weight loss is a simple matter of reducing calories and increasing metabolism at the same time. I know there’s products out there to clean your colon with those drinks or whatnot, but is it possible to clean out my colon with a toothbrush or flush it out with my garden hose? I am too scared to try those unnatural cleansers and I think the natural way to do things is best. Any ideas would be grateful and the models of garden hoses you use would be nice too.

There are some really good products out currently for colon cleansing, personally I don’t know much about garden hoses so I won’t comment on that, however, there are various other options available.
Firstly I would recommend finger cleansing first, as it is the quickest and safest way possible to get the front layers of unwanted materials out.
You can try some bowel cleaners with the help of some laxatives, that will do the trick. But if you want something natural you can always try an anal sponge or a meter stick.

Ive been on colonix for almost a month in a half. Im wondering why Im not hungry like Im normally am/use to be. Do you think if can be the colon cleanser. btw it is working. I am sheeding inches and felt a diffrence in my energy.
