I have heard a lot about Evercleanse on the radio, and it has really caught my attention. But it starts at $100, so I don’t really want to spend that much money just to ’see if it works’. Has anyone ever tried Evercleanse? Or have any ‘home recipe’ suggestions for a similar type cleanse?

I was always told to cleanse the intestines,to eat apples everyday with the skin on.The skin does not digest in the stomach and will clean the walls of the intestines and colon.

I must confess, I am a big-time bean eater and that gums up the works, sometimes.

Comet works well… the one with chlorine bleach in it ! A 4 foot pipe cleaner works good too !

It does seem like a good colon cleanser would be the right way to go here. You should be more "regular" and be going about 2 times a day.

There are many additional problems that can be cured with a colon detox that you may experience such as back pains, fatigue, digestive troubles as you’ve mentioned and constipation.

I’ve heard a lot about the acai berry supplements and the colon cleanser helping out so many people with their weight. I want to know what certain risks there are to trying it out. Also, if you are under the age of 18, can you still use the combination of both or is it very risky? Does this really work?

These products are a waste of money and don’t work. Please don’t fall for all the spam adverts you see.

There are a lot of scams around – people have lost a lot of money ordering these on line.

No pill, potion or supplement will help. All you need to lose weight is a good healthy diet and exercise – it takes time and motivation

just asking because i bought only the capsules because i have a normal bowl movement and since i think thats what the cleanser is for i didnt buy it. but i would like to know if ppl. are losing weight without it and just taking the pills?

These two products are largely hype; just the latest fad to hit the weight loss front. The point of the colon cleanser is to remove impurities from your body, which allegedly helps you lose weight. I wouldn’t hold my breath.

I am looking for a colon cleanse that will not make me sick to my stomach. I have had IBS for years and with that comes gas, which is not what i want. Could you please recommend a good colon clease? preferably one that doesnt take very long (isn’t a few months long) and won’t make me need to run to the restroom every hour.

A laxative and a "colon cleanse" is really the same thing. Biggest difference is the price, a laxative is a few dollars but a cleanse will be more expensive. Not only a way to give you diarrhea but an effective way to give you diarrhea of the wallet as well.
