is colon cleanser the way to go?
Hi Monique,
It does seem like a good colon cleanser would be the right way to go here. You should be more "regular" and be going about 2 times a day.
There are many additional problems that can be cured with a colon detox that you may experience such as back pains, fatigue, digestive troubles as you’ve mentioned and constipation.
All of this can be linked to issues in the digestive system. If you are not “regular” then there is even more problems with blockage and toxic plaque being stuck in the walls of your colon.
With the right colon cleanse you can lose 10 to 15 pounds of idle waste that has been trapped for years.
Other Benefits Include:
* Boost in your Energy Levels
* Breakup and Removal of Harmful Toxins
* Decrease Gas and Bloating
* Lose Weight and Flatten Your Stomach
* Look as well as Feel Much Better
Whether it be in the form of juicing fasting, enemas or even colonic detox therapy at a clinic, it has all been stressed in one way or another to clean your colon.
I have an excellent resource that explains what I am talking about in more detail.

Best of luck to you Monique!
