I know there’s products out there to clean your colon with those drinks or whatnot, but is it possible to clean out my colon with a toothbrush or flush it out with my garden hose? I am too scared to try those unnatural cleansers and I think the natural way to do things is best. Any ideas would be grateful and the models of garden hoses you use would be nice too.

There are some really good products out currently for colon cleansing, personally I don’t know much about garden hoses so I won’t comment on that, however, there are various other options available.
Firstly I would recommend finger cleansing first, as it is the quickest and safest way possible to get the front layers of unwanted materials out.
You can try some bowel cleaners with the help of some laxatives, that will do the trick. But if you want something natural you can always try an anal sponge or a meter stick.
