What is the best colon cleanser?

I have been wanting to try a new colon cleanser, but a lot of them are really expensive. What is a good colon cleanser to use for a decent price (not more than $50)?
Metamucil. Check the ingredients label, the main ingredients in all those products is psyllium. Metamucil contains the same psyllium but at a fraction of the cost. I’m afraid those colon cleanse products are entirely a rip off.

Bowtrol seems to be working good for me. Got them for $30 on amazon, you just take them before bed and I have increased bowl movements without the diarrhea I’ve gotten from cheaper products.
