What is the best colon Cleanser?–>for people who have actually tried them.?

I am looking for a colon cleanse that will not make me sick to my stomach. I have had IBS for years and with that comes gas, which is not what i want. Could you please recommend a good colon clease? preferably one that doesnt take very long (isn’t a few months long) and won’t make me need to run to the restroom every hour.
Thank you.
I have been to the doctors about IBS before. What they give me doesnt help.

If you have IBS, you should consult your doctor for something and not ask here. It could be dangerous for you to take over the counter things with a condition like IBS.
You should see another doctor, then. There really is no medication for IBS, but things you can change and your doc can recommend for you to do. I just don’t want to see you making it worse.

Stool softener at the pharmacy, i was in a motorcycle accident and in the hospital for a week, they gave me that and oh boy did it clean me out. you will have to use the bathroom, but you’ll have to with any colon cleanser, so be ready for that.

drink a lot of tea, unfortunately i cannot remember the
english word for that plant at the moment, in german it
is "fenchel". ask your pharmacists about it.
or brew up caraway seeds and drink that tea.
