I like this guy. He is pretty real. Trust me doing stuff like this (big compound exercises) will get you much better results than some new diet or doing crunches. Great for somebody starting and wanting to burn fat fast. Just don’t be lazy on it and push yourself

I highly doubt that you will lose 5 pounds within a week doing this specific exercise. If you want to lose weight very quickly get a jumping rope and jope with it for an hour. You lose approximately around 1,000 calories per hour. A pound is around 3,500 calories, so in theory you could lose more than 1 poundy day…
I don’t want to be offensive, but as you can see, the guy on the video isn’t in “shape” That by itself proves that it doesn’t work that quickly.

just an example, I´m doing Kickbox and our main trainer looks not well-builded and got a big stomach.. he doesn´t look trained or even very strong.
But he trains nearly daily since 32years, his condition, strengh and speed are really impossible.
You should never judge a person on how he looks
