The best tip I can give anyone who is trying to lose weight is it does not happen over night. Expect it to take months even a year depending on how much you want/need to lose. Just watch your diet, Exercise daily, Drink LOTS of water, and let time do the rest.

Because its not all about exercise, its also about what you eat, when you eat and how often do u eat, i mean, i am also tryin to loose weight but my brothers are duin really well at losing it atm , 1 of them is goin to the gym, but the uva is just watching his calories and hes lost about 3 stone in about 3-4 weeks which is brilliiant….just watch what u eat, carry on with ure work out and u will loose alot of weight .

I am going to disagree on the not eating lunch comment. Thes is a terrible strategy for your body to have to endure. You are not giving your body what it needs to push throught the day. Eating something health for lunch would be the alternative. Skipping meals frequently or starving yourself makes your body think it needs to hold on to every ounce of everything elst it needs because it does not know when it will get feed again and food=fuel. So the body will store it if you deprive it.

Ok guys the best way too loose weight is to drink a load of water only eat breakfast and supper not lunch make sure they are health choices and burn about 600 cals a day. I lost 50 pounds in 2 months, The easiest way to do this is if you have a motivation. My motivation was girls and for girls it could be guys. But in the end it is all better i get treated better i have more freinds im great at sports. Think about the person you think is the one and test yoursef too see howmuch u want them.
