just do what i did, i lost 30lbs by hiking 92 and a half miles in the desert and mountains in new mexico. i went easy and spread it out over 11 days. i did like 4 easy days and the hardest day was around 14 miles. and the prep hike was 40 miles in 4 days. the shortest day was 3 miles and the longest was 17 miles.

Yes very true. I am on the JV wrestling and football team and I am just NOW starting to use whey protein. I’ve only just eaten healthy and worked out intensely during practice. Eat about 5 times a day, but not junk food. Eat 5 small to moderate meals, don’t eat past 8, and sleep at a moderate time. Wake up in the morning and run about two miles if you can.
