What is a fast and effective way to get muscles and lose weight?
Hey can someone tell me how to lose weight fast and also to get some muscles? I’m already planning to wake up one hour early to run and I’m also swimming at the Y.
Besides that what can I do? I don’t have time to go to a gym. What else can I do? I really wanna gain some muscles and look fit cause I gained some weight over summer.
Well your doing pretty well already. Weights are a great way to earn muscles, so is dance, especially ballet ect.

You put on muscle by working out. If you don’t have time for the gym you’re unlikely to see big gains. Swimming is great exercise but I don’t think that alone is going to give you what you’re looking for. Suck it up and hit the steel bra.

Exercise more and eat less; it’s that simple. It sounds like you’re on the right track for fitness. If you want to bulk up like a bodybuilder, you’ll have to work out like one (i.e. lots of weightlifting) but those muscles are mostly for show. You can be fit and healthy without being huge, and swimming and running are good fitness exercises. Inline skating is another one I like because it’s a good low-impact workout and it’s fun.
