		<description>Exercise more and eat less; it&#039;s that simple.  It sounds like you&#039;re on the right track for fitness.  If you want to bulk up like a bodybuilder, you&#039;ll have to work out like one (i.e. lots of weightlifting) but those muscles are mostly for show.  You can be fit and healthy without being huge, and swimming and running are good fitness exercises.
