I really want to lose a few pounds for this special occasion coming up in 4 days. If you have any good ideas, please let me know. And don’t say anything about "It’s bad to lose weight that fast" or anything of the sort. If I wanted your opinion on that, I would have asked that sort of question.

Slim fast shakes are helpful. Replace two meals a day with a shake :)
