Im starting school in august and i need to lose weight because i am gonna try out for the volleyball team and i don’t want to feel uncomfortable about my body. I have been eating fruits and excersing a little. But im wanting to lose weight fast. Any advice? Thanks 
1.Hire a substitute teacher. Don’t reach for the brands you know and love immediately – or without thinking first. Eggs are “good” for you, but consider using egg substitutes instead (in fact, many restaurants will let you order lower calorie foods). There are countless “lower” alternatives for you to try. If something different doesn’t taste good, by all means – find a better substitute, or eat less of the original. In some cases, the substitute may be worse for you than the regular version of the product. The good news is, healthier choices are silently replacing their “normal” counterparts – and they taste just as nice.

I want to lose weight fast. How much weight do you think I can lose in 3 months? How many pounds can i lose a week? What should i do to lose weight? I can’t go to the gym or buy any products to help me lose weight. What exercises should i do, and what foods should i eat?
Lol, okay i don’t necessarily need to lose weight really fast, but the question wasn’t long enough so i just added that.

I mean Exercise is obviously a factor but how much of it is diet vs exercise.
Diet is about 85% of it and exercise is the other 15%
You want to be in a caloric deficit to lose weight, which can be done by
A) Eating less
B) Exercising to burn more calories
C) A combination of A and B
Diet is EVERYTHING for weight loss, you can workout all day long but if your diet is bad you won’t lose weight.
Conversley if you eat healthy and in a caloric deficit, but don’t work out you can still lose weight.

I would like to lose a bit of weight before my graduation which is in 14 days. I don’t want to lose a ton just a bit so i look slim and healthy. Any fast weight loss tips?
Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day (not all at once). Don’t drink soft drinks ! Soft drinks have TONS of carbs. If you are really looking the best way how to lose weight fast,

I’ve tried so many times to lose weight, but I always end up losing my motives.
I was wondering how others continue their diets and go on.
Just think of all of the health benefits you’ll have. If you’re overweight right now and you lose just even 5-10 pounds, you can reduce your risk of heart disease and diabetes. Also, when you’re eating food and you’re getting tempted by junk, ask yourself- what do I love more? Myself or that piece of cake?

I need help planning a 7 day meal menu. I want to lose weight. I don’t drink sodas. I want to eat 5 or 6 small healthy meals a day. I should eat around 1600 calories a day. And I drink coffee every morning. I want to get all the nutrients and things I need. Please help. Thanks.

I am a little plump, does anyone know of a diet and exercise plan/routine that will work fast and efficiently to help me lose a lot of weight? I am a 15 almost 16 yr old guy.
I don’t recommend going on diet for a 16 years old guy, just regulate your food intake, diversify your food as much as possible
,excise is very important, besides walk like 3 miles every day, walking is one good excise for you.

I was diagnosed with Stage 4 colon/Appendiceal cancer in May last year. I had the tumor removed alon with the right half of my colon, my appendix, my omentum fat, my terminal illeum and 18 lymph nodes. I just finished 6 months chemo- the FOLFOX chemo treatment. I’ve also had a chemo surgery IPHP= Intra Peritoneal Hyperthermic Profusion and will be getting that surgery again.
